Trinity Restaurant in Keyport, NJ and we thought, “Hey, we always wanted to go to Trinity!” They told us that they were going to do a balloon drop at midnight and we thought, “Wouldn’t that make a great picture?”. Well, the hits just kept on coming and by the time we were done speaking, we liked Bob & Bonnie so much that none of that other stuff really mattered anymore and we were very excited, just to be there and document their big day. So, on New Year’s Eve day, not long after “The Blizzard of 2010”, we found ourselves driving to Bonnie’s house and to The Oyster Point Hotel for getting ready pictures. When the bride and groom were ready, we met at Marine Park in Red Bank for the big reveal, the time when Bob and Bonnie would see each other for the first time on the wedding day. They were very lucky to have a beautiful day in December with a brilliant sunset. From there, it was off to Trinity for a lovely ceremony, great food and a rockin’ party! Thanks so much to Bonnie, Bob & family and to Trinity Restaurant for a great “work day”, where we felt like we were invited, not hired and then treated like guests by all. I have to say that we are rethinking this whole New Years Eve thing. It really doesn’t seem much like work at all when you’re doing all of your favorite things, listening to great music, spending time with wonderful people, celebrating, reflecting and of course, taking pictures!
