Prajin + Rupa, Westmount Country Club wedding photographer

When Prajin & Rupa approached us to photograph their October wedding, they seemed a tiny bit apprehensive that we had never before photographed the colorful pageantry and intricate web of ceremonial events that are such a big part of the Indian Orthodox wedding that their families were planning for them. They were however imbued by a certain measure of confidence based on the referral they had received from our good friend (and Prajin’s co-worker) Ali and so, as a result of that referral, Liz and I were asked to document this amazing wedding day! Thanks so much to Ali for the referral but mainly, we want to give a BIG thank you to Prajin and Rupa for taking the leap and inviting us to share in your wedding, from the sunrise prayers at your homes, to the beautiful and elaborate ceremony at West Side Presbyterian Church and finally to the amazing party at The Westmount Country Club that closed the day!
